Krishna Naam, a native of Poland, has been an avid explorer from the age of nine. After two decades as a Bhakti monk, he began his travels to some of the world's most interesting and challenging places. Having settled in North Carolina, he can be seen sharing the wisdom of Bhakti-Yoga and his passion for the outdoors by leading local hiking tours.

Aravinda uses music, mantra, and meditation to heal and restore the body, mind, and spirit. A trained vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, his offerings are deepened by his three years of monasticism. Through his compassionate guidance, he empowers individuals to access with their inner peace and innate connection to the Divine.

KG Das is a Bhakti-Yoga practitioner with over 15 years of experience in devotional service and spiritual community building. He organizes retreats, festivals, and events that inspire connection and growth. As a mentor and leader, KG supports newcomers on their spiritual journey, fostering inclusive spaces rooted in love, service, and the timeless wisdom of Bhakti.

Karuna, a dedicated yoga practitioner 15 years, embraces mindfulness as a way of life, and passionately shares holistic wisdom gleaned from her own personal journey. She finds joy in crafting healthy, Ayurvedic meals that nourish both body and spirit. Her love for nature inspires a warm, grounding approach to hospitality, where every detail reflects intention and serenity.

Kunjeśvari has dedicated her life to helping others achieve wellness, after healing from a childhood autoimmune disease. A graduate of The Swedish Institute of NYC, she combines Chinese medical massage, yoga, and myofascial release in a unique bodywork style. Carri also integrates her knowledge of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and breathwork into her holistic practice.

ABOUT THE AREA

Hanging Rock State Park is located in the Sauratown Mountain Range, named after the Saura tribe. They are called "the mountains away from the mountains," the Sauratown range is made up of monadnocks that are separated from the nearby Blue Ridge Mountains.

This 9,011-acre park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, boasting stunning panoramic views, a diverse network of trails, serene rivers perfect for kayaking, and picturesque waterfalls. The park is particularly renowned for its vibrant foliage during the autumnal season.
